Understanding Fragrance Concentration
Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of fragrance oils than Eau de Toilette, so it lasts longer on the skin — typically 6-8 hours — and only needs a light application.
How to Choose a Volume
30ml is a great way to try a new scent or for occasional use. 50ml suits a fragrance you already know you love and wear regularly. 100ml is the best value if it's your signature scent.
How to Apply
Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, and behind the ears — where body heat helps the fragrance develop. Avoid rubbing wrists together, which can break down the top notes.
Making It Last
Fragrance lasts longer on moisturised skin. Apply an unscented body lotion first, then your perfume, to help it last through the day.
Storage
Keep your perfume away from direct sunlight and heat — a drawer or cabinet is better than a bathroom shelf — to preserve the scent for longer.
